Getting Started

Step One -
Try a class for free! Take part in a coached CrossFit class at a time that is convenient for you! To book please click the link below to activate your free session. Please book in to the class slot you would like to attend! All abilities are welcome!

Step Two -
Your next step to joining us a CrossFit Swindon is to complete our introduction course. On the course, we will teach you the fundamental movements and techniques that are essential for Crossfit. The course covers a mixture of Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and Kettlebell training. The Intro course is broken down into three 1-hour sessions consisting of:

Intro Series 1 - Air Squat / Back Squat / Front Squat / Clean (Power / Squat)

Intro Series 2 - Deadlift / Over Head Squat / Snatch (Power / Squat)

Intro Series 3  - Strict Press / Push Press / KB Swing / Pull-up

Private Introduction Course
The Private Introduction Course is ideal for anyone looking to fast track their introduction in to CrossFit. We can schedule the session to suit your schedule and split the four series however you choose, with the added benefit of concentrating on particular areas you would like to improve.

Step Three -
After you have completed the introduction course the final step is to join us at CrossFit Swindon! We offer a variety of membership options to suit each individual.

Gorilla – Unlimited use of every CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Strength and Open gym session.
